LI Event: The Emergence of the Iris Saber
Those
who had been to Qi Lian should have heard of Huo Mansion;
though it was burnt to ashes and fallen to ruin, one can still see
its glorious history. The preceding owner of Huo Mansion
was Huo Qing Yang, a great blacksmith who was rumored to be a student of the
founder of Sword Worship Clan. Huo was also one of the selected students when
his master dispense the rare metal called Dark Coal to three of his most
excellent students, with the intention that one of them would successfully
forge the cursed metal into a great legendary weapon.
Huo
soon settled down nearby Qi Lian town and founded the Huo Mansion,
the most famous forging establishment in the vicinity. One of his greatest
creations was the world’s sharpest saber, the majestic Iris Saber. Legend says
that this divine weapon could slice through any armor and delivers cuts that
would never stopped bleeding.
The
fame of the Iris Saber had reached until the ears of Xiong Ba, which attracted
him to own it and ordered Huo to turn over the saber to the Tian Xia clan. Unwilling
to see his creation to be misused by Xiong Ba, Huo hid the saber to an unknown location.
As a result of that, Xiong Ba sent his men to kill the entire of Huo family in
one disastrous stormy night. Enraged by the failure to locate the Iris Saber,
Tian Xia clan burnt the Huo
Mansion to the ground.
Ever since then, Huo
Mansion had been haunted
with ghosts. Rumors said that the ghosts are actually Huo’s own family who are
still guarding the secluded saber.
Until now, no one knows where Huo hid the Iris Saber.
But the sick beggar near Qi Lian Town may have known some clues of the Iris
Saber, as he was the only survivor of the fire incident.
Reward: Iris Saber (for first person to have completed the
quest.) 75000 XP and 5000 gold for everyone else.

LI Event: Wave's Evil Plan
The Fire Kirin Sword is an ancestral sword of Duan Family. Wave
inherited the sword from his father. Unfortunately, after a great battle
between Duan Shuai and Nie Ren Wang against Fire Kirin, both of them mysteriously
disappeared along with the Fire Kirin Sword. Wave has been seeking to recover the
sword ever since.
After obtaining evil power from the Ghost Pond and having taken control
of Mute Village, Wave hungers for more power. He
believes that his power will double if he is able to possess Fire Kirin Sword
again. For years he has searched for the Fire Kirin Sword but was thwarted in
his attempts. He lost his patience and demanded his followers to find the Fire
Kirin Sword. The cultist took aggressive measures by attacking town folks of Land of Gold,
Breeze and Rocky Mountain.
Reward: 30,000 exp and first 20 persons Millenium Chain Armor

Bu Xu's Mercy

Lady and Dragon Sleeve adopted a baby with the help of Mud Buddha. They
followed Mud Buddha’s direction and found a dying pregnant woman. The woman
pled Phoenix Lady to save her baby before she passed away. Using the knife
given by the women, they cut the woman’s abdomen and rescued a baby boy from
his mother dead body. Both of them are glad to have a baby of their own at
last. However, Bu Xu, who witnessed the birth of the baby with them, told
them the baby carries too much sinful chi with him and it will do more harm
than good to him. He requested to bring the baby back to Mi Yin Temple but
rejected by Phoenix Lady. She loves the baby so much and refused to give him
away.
However,
Bu Xu still tries to help the baby. He sought the permission from abbot of Mi
Yin Temple to use the Saria stones of a prestigious monk to make a special
Amulet. These three Saria Stones are
kept separately in three temples. The precious amulet when embedded with the
blessed Saria stones has the special power to wash away sinful Chi and
restore the peace state of mind to the person who carries it. The abbot agreed
to help and sent delegates to bring back the stones. However, this news was
found out by the villains of the world, and they attacked the monks on their
way to the Mi Yin Temple. In the end all three Saria stones had fallen into
the villains’ hand. Bu Xu was worry because of this incident and looking for
PC’s help to bring back the stones. To know the location of each stone, PC
needs to ask the Living Buddha, who is a diviner that is capable to sense the
location of the Saria stones. Living Buddha was last seen at Nan An Village.

- All mall items have been permanently reduce by 50%.
- Updated kill zones to all areas except starter district; Yong Le District 1 (LI can now be pked and looted in any other zone).
